Chief Customer Success Officer
Matt leads the CrossLead Customer Success Team as Chief Customer Success Officer. He advises client senior leadership on how to improve internal communications, build organizational alignment, and processes to drive execution against objectives. He joined CrossLead following his role as Regional President at McChrystal Group, and a number of leadership positions in the healthcare industry. Matt completed his undergraduate studies at Brown University and received his MBA from Dartmouth College's Tuck School of Business.
